This website is maintained by ARTINOS INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ no. 62.787.284/0001-65. It presents AI consulting, custom software and data brokering or licensing through Nexus. Contact: contato@artinos.com.br.
The website is corporate and informational. Browsing or booking a meeting does not create a service agreement, assign rights, guarantee service availability or accept a commercial proposal.
2. Permitted use
Use the website lawfully without compromising its security or other people’s experience. Do not attempt unauthorized access, improperly exploit vulnerabilities, transmit malicious code, commit fraud, send spam or infringe third-party rights.
When submitting information, check its accuracy and your authority to share it. Do not send sensitive data, credentials or third-party datasets without a previously agreed process.
3. Information, articles and calculators
Articles and materials provide general information and may include examples, technical opinions and references. They do not replace an assessment of your specific operation. AI-related content must be understood in light of changes in technology and usage context.
Nexus calculator estimates, including amounts in US dollars, are illustrative. They are not a definitive valuation of a dataset, a purchase offer, a promise of revenue or a licensing guarantee. Opportunities depend on factors including quality, usage rights, fitness for purpose and demand from potential buyers.
4. Service agreements and licensing
Scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, support, intellectual property, data use and responsibilities will be set out in applicable proposals and contracts. These website terms do not establish standard commercial conditions or replace those agreements.
