Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and how to contact us

ARTINOS INTELIGENCIA ARTIFICIAL LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ no. 62.787.284/0001-65, explains in this policy how personal data is processed on the Artinos corporate website, including the Nexus page and English-language versions.

For privacy matters and requests concerning your data, contact contato@artinos.com.br. Data processing in AI consulting, software development and data licensing projects is also subject to the specific agreements for each engagement.

2. Contact and scheduling data

When contacting us or booking a meeting, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company and information about your needs. We use the necessary data to respond, arrange the meeting and take steps at your request before a possible contract. Providing contracted services and meeting legal obligations may require additional processing.

Do not send passwords, sensitive information or complete customer datasets through general contact channels. If a project requires access to data, delivery methods, permissions and responsibilities must be agreed separately.

The embedded calendar uses Cal.com. Opening it may establish a connection with that provider, and booking information is processed to arrange the meeting under the applicable terms. Rejecting Google Analytics does not prevent booking.

3. Browsing and optional statistics

Framer hosts the website. Website delivery and security involve technical connection information. Framer’s built-in analytics is separate from Google Analytics and, according to the provider, does not use cookies to measure its audience.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to produce statistics about pages and interactions, traffic sources and general browser and device characteristics. This integration relies on consent and starts only after an affirmative choice. This permission is not used for advertising or to license data you submit.

You can accept or reject statistics in the privacy notice and change your decision through ‘Cookie preferences’ in the footer. Rejection does not prevent browsing. Withdrawing consent stops future Google Analytics measurement and removes its cookies that are accessible to the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand with consent.

Your choice is stored in this browser for up to six months; a material change may require a new choice sooner. This period concerns the preference stored in your browser, not report retention in the Google Analytics account. Private browsing, a different browser or clearing local data may cause the notice to reappear.

4. Providers and sharing

Framer, Google Analytics and Cal.com provide hosting, authorized statistics and scheduling, respectively. They receive data needed for those functions and may use infrastructure outside Brazil. Transfers and processing must comply with applicable contractual and legal requirements; this policy does not assume that all data stays in Brazil.

Data may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a valid order from a competent authority or exercise legal rights. Social media and other external links lead to environments with their own policies.

5. Retention

For contacts, meetings and proposals that do not lead to a contract, our retention guideline is up to 12 months after the last interaction, with earlier deletion or anonymization when the purpose ends and there is no other justification for keeping the data. This guideline does not mean that automatic deletion is configured across all providers.

Contract data, evidence of permissions and information required for legal obligations may be retained for the period necessary for the relevant purpose or exercise of rights. Retention periods must be reviewed to avoid unjustified indefinite storage. The contact retention period does not automatically apply to cookies or external services.

6. Nexus and project data

The Nexus calculator provides illustrative estimates: it is not a commercial offer and does not receive a dataset for licensing. Data assessment requires a separate process defining purpose, provenance, usage rights, confidentiality, authorized people and delivery terms.

Access to a dataset does not establish permission to share it, license it or use it to train AI. Personal or confidential data and content subject to third-party rights require separate assessment. Cookie consent and sending a message do not provide general authorization for these uses.

7. Your rights and information protection

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, portability, and anonymization, restriction or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data. You may also request deletion of data processed with consent, subject to legal exceptions, and withdraw that consent.

Send requests to contato@artinos.com.br. We may request proportionate proof of identity to prevent unauthorized access without requesting excessive information. Requests will be assessed under Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) and applicable time limits.

No technology eliminates every risk. If you identify improper exposure or an incident relating to the website, use the same contact channel.

8. Updates

This policy may change to reflect changes in services and data processing. The updated date will appear on the page. Changes of purpose that depend on consent must respect a new choice where required.
